  • Identify training needs and support learning initiatives.

  • Change Management

  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives.

  • Communicate and implement HR changes effectively across departments.

  • Workforce Planning & Analytics

  • Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, productivity).

  • Forecast workforce needs and propose solutions for gaps or surpluses.

  • Compliance & Policy

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

  • Provide guidance on HR policies and practices.

  • Culture & Engagement

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives.
