The Role: The incumbent will be a front-line leader, part of the transformation journey

for Finlabs - implementing directional changes, implementing processes and workflow

changes, metrics & SLAs & data monitoring changes. They will therefore be someone that

is independent, self-learning, and excited about people and positive changes.

The person will be responsible for Operations and Customer Relationship spaces including:

- Imbibing the Company’s Obsessive Customer Focus philosophy and implement the

same (including quality, efficient, and seamless client onboarding, quick responses

to queries, and resolution of complaints)
- Ensure timely communication with External Clients and Internal Stakeholders to

ensure a smooth flow of data/information
- Operations management (including SLA adherence and continual process

improvement)
- Metrics management and data capture & management (including defining metrics

and analysis, reporting, and recommendation for changes)
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Knowing your competition, market trends and being the catalyst of industry’s best

practices.
- With an experience in the BFSI sector
- A quick learner with the ability to understand the overall direction and strategy
- Comfortable with change, uncertainty, and ambiguity - preferably should thrive in it
- Inspired by challenging goals
- Great at people skills
- Good communication skills
- Obsessively customer focused; great at relationship building
- Comfortable in a remote working environment and with a distributed team
- Strongly data orientated

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
