**Job Overview**
We are looking for a **Support & Operations Executive** to manage customer queries, resolve shipping-related issues, and coordinate with courier partners. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and has excellent problem-solving skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle customer queries and support tickets related to courier shipments, delays, lost parcels, COD issues, and escalations.
- Communicate effectively with courier partners to resolve disputes, escalations, and service disruptions.
- Monitor ongoing shipments and ensure smooth end-to-end logistics operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve service efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of complaints, resolutions, and feedback for process improvement.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and providing them with shipping-related guidance.
- Ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with courier partners are met.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Atleast 6 months to 1 year experience in customer support, logistics, or e-commerce operations. Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
- **Education**: Graduate in any field (Preferred: Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields)
- **Skills**:
- Strong verbal & written communication (English & Hindi; additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to multitask and handle high-volume queries efficiently.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of courier/logistics operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in using ticketing systems, any CRM, and Microsoft Excel.
