- An Executive Assistant is expected to be highly self-motivated, professional, capable of managing work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment working directly with CEO.
- Possess excellent organizational skills.
- Must have strong decision making and problem solving skills.
- Must have excellent verbal and written English Communication skills.
- Must be able to be proactive and take the initiative to work with mínimal guidance.
- An Executive Assistant should have good analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Must have hands on experience of all Office administrative functions.
- Minimum a graduate with good academic record. Must have secured at least 60% marks at the graduation level. Post graduate qualifications like an MBA will be a plus.
- Must have high proficiency in Microsoft Office programs to include: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and MS Excel.
