Position Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our company into its next phase of growth and success. The CEO will be responsible for setting the company's strategic direction, driving business development initiatives, fostering innovation, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to achieve the company's long-term goals and objectives.

2) Business Development:
Identify new market opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and expand the company's client base.

3) Financial Management:
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure optimal financial performance and sustainability.

4) Team Leadership:
Provide inspirational leadership to motivate and empower employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

5) Product Innovation:
Drive product innovation and development initiatives, ensuring that Amika Softwares remains at the forefront of technological advancements.

6) Client Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

7) Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate business risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

8) Corporate Governance:
Uphold the highest standards of corporate governance and ethics, ensuring transparency and accountability at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of executive leadership in the Information Technology industry, with a minimum of 7 (Seven) years of experience in a senior management role.

.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.

.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

.Demonstrated ability to navigate complex business environments and drive organizational change.

.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

How to Apply:

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
