What You’ll Do 🚀 • Lead project execution across functions to ensure all teams deliver on Asana timelines. • Set up, monitor, and optimize workflows; identify bottlenecks and resolve issues proactively. • Own organization-wide system hygiene — dashboards, trackers, and SOPs. • Collaborate with brand, design, and growth managers to align timelines and dependencies. • Build Asana dashboards for weekly reviews and progress updates. • Train teams on documentation, process discipline, and accountability culture. • Handle cross-functional communication to ensure clarity and speed. • Evaluate task quality, adherence, and efficiency metrics. • Assist leadership with project planning, resource allocation, and tracking KPIs. • Drive a continuous improvement culture with structured reviews. Who We’re Looking For 👀 • 3 years of experience in operations or project management. • Strong in process design, optimization, and execution. • Skilled in Asana, Excel, or project tracking tools. • Excellent communication and follow-through abilities. • Analytical and detail-oriented with problem-solving skills. • Comfortable managing multiple teams and timelines. • Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure.
