Office of the CEO
is seeking a
Strategy & Operations Associate
to help drive focus, execution, and operational excellence across teams.

This is a high-trust, high-visibility role for someone who can bring structure and accountability to complex initiatives — ensuring that strategic priorities translate into measurable outcomes. You will work closely with the CEO on programs spanning
Product, GTM, Customer Success, and Internal Operations
, shaping how the organization executes its growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive alignment and execution on key strategic priorities and OKRs
  • Track progress across cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely follow-through
  • Build systems, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to enhance operational clarity
  • Identify bottlenecks, facilitate resolutions, and maintain rhythm across teams
  • Support the CEO with daily briefings, project updates, and analytical insights

Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of experience in
    consulting, business operations, PMO, or founder's office
    roles
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a bias for structured execution
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-context environment with daily interaction with leadership
