Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for a Store Operations Manager. The Store Operations Manager will oversee and optimize daily retail operations, manage inventory, maintain profit and loss statements, and ensure efficient operations of the store. Additional responsibilities include enhancing the customer experience, ensuring the teams deliver exceptional service, and executing operational strategies to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Retail Operations and Operations Management
  • Proven experience in P&L Management and Inventory Control
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
  • Leadership abilities with organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in team management and a track record of achieving performance targets
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site retail environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
