**Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**

**Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra, India**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Planning & Analysis**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses.
- **Strategic Leadership**:

- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive management team.
- Participate in the development of the corporation's plans and programs as a strategic partner.
- Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies, and regulatory actions.
- **Operational Management**:

- Manage the financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals, and design a framework for these to be met.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- **Risk Management**:

- Monitor and manage the company's financial risks and exposures.
- Implement robust financial controls to mitigate risks.
- Ensure that record-keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies.
- **Investment & Funding**:

- Evaluate and manage investments and funding opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with banking institutions and investors.
- Coordinate and manage activities related to raising capital (debt and equity).

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- MBA or CPA/CA preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible financial experience.
- Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or similar role.
- Experience in corporate finance and management.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Proficient in the use of financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Work Environment**:

- This role is based in Nagpur and may require occasional travel.
- The position involves working in an office setting, with periodic meetings and interactions with other departments and external stakeholders.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
