Tender Executive

**Key Responsibilities**: Monitor, check and register Company on various procurement websites, government portals of PSUs and other tender Search portals and identify tenders on daily basis which may bring useful business to the company. Prepare the MIS regarding RFQ and RFP to be submitted and already submitted. Find out new Tender through website, newspaper and various other sources for the company as per the criteria given by upper management. Understand the complete tendering process by thoroughly analyzing the tender documents and by coordinating with the Tender offering company. Prepare the checklist for the Projects approved by Management to analyze the requirement of client and eligibility of the company. Disseminate information about the upcoming tender, coordinate with respective departments/ vertical head to check the Pre-Qualification Eligibility/ criteria as an individual company or Joint venture within the prescribed timeline and significance of the tender in accordance with the business of the company and to get inputs from vertical heads whether to participate in the project or not. Coordinate with relevant departments (Design, Engineering, Legal, Finance and Purchase for their inputs) and prepare queries for pre bid meeting and attend the pre-bid meeting with the respective vertical head responsible for that tender. Digital Certificate registration/Renewal Check the client requirements in all aspects whether technical or financial mentioned in floating PQs, RFPs, EOIs. Being up to date in registration of company on the portals of various esteemed clients like Border Road Organization, NHAI, MOR&TH, PWD, CPWD, GDA, NTPC etc. Attend pre-bid meetings regularly with seniors and raising the queries if necessitated. Preparation of detailed synopsis of floated RFPs and discussing with internal departments if necessitated. Understanding the client requirement by deep study of RFP, DCA and technical schedules, discussing with Management and preparing a self-explanatory, well-organized proposal to fulfill all client requirement. Search and submit the Limited as well as Open Tenders, RFPs, PQs, EOIs. Monitoring and preparing a detailed record of the Awarded tenders to other companies also. Working with versatility e.g.: understanding material requirements (cement, sand, paint, bearings, other consumable items), giving valuable inputs in purchasing of material by matching the technical specifications with the relevant IS code, if required and on verifying the genuine requirements giving approvals to the dispatch team to dispatch the material. Having involvement in discussions regarding finalizing of PnPs and corresponding typical cross section and sometimes discuss with the design consultant too. Drafting correspondence letters to clients and getting checked by Project Manager and maintaining proper record of incoming and outgoing letters. Calculating the quantities of Retaining wall, Breast wall, concrete work, Highway Part and getting checked by Project Manager. Doing site visits monthly and auditing the site records, reconcile the quantities with store department at site, meeting with site staff understanding the genuine site issues and resolve the same at site only if possible and motivating them. **Total Exp. 1 to 5 Yrs** **Qualification - B.tech (Civil)/MBA/GRADUATE** **Must have experience in road construction** **Only Immediate Joiners are preferred** **Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift **Education**: - Bachelor's (required) **Experience**: - Tender engineer: 1 year (required) - total work: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
