We are Looking Gem Portal Tender Executive for Chandigarh 43- Sector

The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for Gem Portal. This role involves preparing, submitting, and managing tenders, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and coordinating with various departments to achieve the company's business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Preparation**: Prepare and compile tender documents, including technical and financial proposals, ensuring they meet the requirements outlined in the tender notice.
- **Tender Submission**: Ensure timely submission of tender documents and manage the complete submission process, including coordination with internal teams and external parties.
- **Tender Management**: Maintain a comprehensive database of all tenders, including deadlines, statuses, and requirements. Track and report on tender progress and outcomes.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all tender submissions comply with relevant regulations, guidelines, and standards. Address any compliance issues or discrepancies as required.
- **Coordination**: Liaise with internal departments (e.g., legal, finance, operations) to gather necessary information and ensure alignment with the tender requirements.
- **Bid Analysis**: Analyze and evaluate tender specifications and requirements, and identify potential risks or issues. Provide recommendations to improve bid quality and success rates.
- **Client Interaction**: Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and provide updates on tender status.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of all tender-related documents and communications. Prepare reports and summaries as needed.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in tendering regulations to ensure the company's competitive edge.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification in procurement/tender management is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in tender management, procurement, or a similar role. Experience in the gem or jewelry industry is advantageous.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of tendering processes and procurement practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel if required.
