**Job Summary**:
The Tender Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, including identifying relevant tenders, preparing documentation, submitting bids, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and compliant participation in public and private tenders.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Identify and track relevant tenders through government portals (GEM, eProcurement, etc.) and private platforms.
- Prepare and compile tender documents, including technical specifications, price bids, compliance sheets, and company credentials.
- Coordinate with departments (sales, finance, legal, technical) to gather required documentation and approvals.
- Ensure timely submission of bids and adherence to all pre/post-tender requirements.
- Follow up on submitted tenders, participate in tender openings, and track outcomes.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of all submitted and upcoming tenders.
- Liaise with government agencies and procurement officials when required.
- Prepare MIS reports on tender participation, success rate, and analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Experience with GEM portal and government tendering preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in tendering, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Good knowledge of government procurement and e-tendering platforms
- Strong documentation and compliance skills
- Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up abilities
- Attention to detail and time management
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and online submission portals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹9,181.39 - ₹25,000.00 per month
