**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities1. GeM Portal Management**
- Register and maintain the company profile on the **GeM portal**.
- Upload and update product listings, catalogs, and service offerings as per GeM requirements.
- Ensure compliance with GeM policies and guidelines.

**2. Tender & Bidding Process**
- Identify relevant **government tenders** and participate in the bidding process.
- Prepare and submit price quotations, tenders, and online bids in coordination with the sales/procurement team.
- Track bid results, negotiations, and follow up on approvals.

**3. Order Processing & Documentation**
- Manage purchase orders received through the **GeM portal**.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and coordinate with vendors for delivery.
- Maintain proper documentation of tenders, invoices, and payments.

**4. Vendor & Customer Communication**
- Liaise with government buyers, procurement officers, and vendors.
- Respond to queries related to product listings, tenders, and payments.
- Resolve disputes or issues related to order fulfillment.

**5. Compliance & Reporting**
- Keep track of policy updates and amendments on the GeM portal.
- Generate reports on sales, bids, and order status for management review.
- Ensure all transactions adhere to government procurement guidelines.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- **Education**: Graduate in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in GeM portal operations, government procurement, or e-tendering.
- Strong knowledge of **GeM portal functionality, bidding processes, and government procurement rules**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word), e-Tender portals, and online documentation**.
- Good **communication and negotiation skills**.

**Preferred Skills**
- Prior experience in **e-procurement and government tendering**.
- Understanding of **pricing strategies, taxation, and contract terms**.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced and deadline-driven environment**.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
