**Sales & Operations Executive - Laboratory Plasticware**

**About Us**:
We are a growing supplier of laboratory plasticware, catering to government hospitals and research labs across India. Our sales channels include platforms like GeM, IndiaMART, and direct sales through customer visits. We are looking for a dynamic **Sales & Operations Executive** to manage sales activities and streamline operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **GeM Portal Management**: Upload new products, manage the product catalog, prepare documents for tenders/bids, and handle invoice generation.
- **Customer Engagement & Sales**: Communicate with customers via phone and in-person visits to promote products and drive sales.
- **Order Fulfillment & Logistics**: Coordinate deliveries, verify stock, and ensure smooth order processing.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and online platforms (GeM, IndiaMART).
- Ability to travel for client meetings, if required.
- Experience in B2B/B2C/B2G sales, e-commerce portals (GeM, IndiaMART), or tender management is a plus.
