
Customer Service Representative

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Provide product information and answer queries to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Upsell and cross-sell products when applicable.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and meet service targets.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: FRESHER
- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass; a degree in any field is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and e-commerce platforms.
- Multitasking ability and attention to detail.
- **Languages**: English and Hindi (or other regional languages as per business needs).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
