**Position Overview**: As a Communications and Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team in various operational and communication tasks. From managing inquiries to coordinating trip logistics, you will be immersed in the dynamic world of dive travel operations. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in communications, operations, and the travel industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate trip logistics, including bookings, accommodations, and transportation arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute communications materials, such as newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates.
- Utilize Excel and Google Forms to organize data, create reports, and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our communication strategies and operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Forms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
- Previous experience in communications, operations, or the travel industry is a plus but not required.
