**Referral: PRO** Qualification: Graduates Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience as a PRO Hospital experience mandatory **OPD** - Daily rounds of the outpatient department to ensure the readiness of the consultation rooms, cleanliness of the department and resource availability - OPD scheduling of the consultant’s rooms - To liase between the patient and clinical team & Administration. - Interaction with the patients to address issues, if any - Ensure that there is no delays in the appointment schedule. In case of any delays same to be communicated to the patient. - OP feedback collection - Reports to be prepared as directed by the HOD - Accounts reconciliation to be done on a weekly basis - Ambulance coordination for the patient transfer in and transfer out - Inventory management in OP - Consultant Name boards to be available before the consultation starts - Aiding in smooth functioning of the OPD. - To be able to explain the rates and tariffs of the hospital to patients. - To perform any other task as given by the management. **IP** - Patient Receiving from Admission desk - Patient escort from admission desk to ward and briefing them about the facility and the discharge process for both insurance and cash patients. - Daily rounds to be conducted and issues highlighted to be documented and submitted to the centre manager on daily basis. - Ensure that the issues are closed in 24 hours, escaltion to be done in case of open issues. - Baby gift to be issued to the patient after the birth and the same to be documented. - Discharge summaries - Coordination with Billing & Insurance Team. Preparig for the dischrges a day before to reduce the discharge time. - Checking on tentative bill amount of the patient and communicating the same. Ensuring that the bill is signed and advance is paid as per the regulations. - Birth & Death certification Registration & Updation.
