About Flutch Technology:Flutch is an influencer marketing agency where brands meet content creators. We are revolutionizing how brands collaborate with content creators to tell compelling stories. Flutch is a team of IIT Madras alumni who have worked previously in startups and have extensive experience in digital marketing, data science, and advertising technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, and industry stakeholders.
  • Draft press releases, media pitches, and other PR communication materials.
  • Manage and coordinate media coverage, interviews, and press events.
  • Monitor media trends and coverage, providing timely reports and insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, influencer, and business development) to align PR initiatives with company goals.
  • Support crisis communication and reputation management when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in PR (agency experience strongly preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong media relations and networking abilities.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to storytelling and brand positioning.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
