Hach Company manufactures and distributes analytical instruments and reagents used to test the quality of water and other liquid solutions. We are looking for a techno commercial person with minimum 2-4 years of work experience in similar fields for this growing segment.
Prepare on-time offers for different types of opportunities - government / municipal, industrial, service, etc.
Reply to queries from customers on offers
Bridge between customer / field sales team / After market team / service team and supply chain
Support sales and service teams between ‘enq. to order’ process in managing customer relationships
Prepare price approvals for offer submissions - quotation preparation, proposed discounting and final approvals as needed
Support Customer Service teams as needed
Drive daily management / visual management rhythms for the quote-to-book process
Support and/or lead relevant continuous improvement initiatives from time to time
Deliver key outputs within relevant service levels
