Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage the end-to-end process of preparing proposals, tenders, RFPs, and RFQs while supporting contract administration and compliance. The role will involve coordinating with internal teams, understanding client requirements, drafting and submitting high-quality documents, and ensuring adherence to legal and commercial terms. The position plays a key role in securing new business opportunities and safeguarding company interests through well-structured contracts

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and prepare proposals, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and tender submissions in line with client requirements and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal, and operations) to gather inputs for proposal documentation.
  • Maintain a repository of standard proposal templates, company credentials, case studies, and certifications.
  • Track tender portals, industry platforms, and client websites for new business opportunities.
  • Ensure timely submission of proposals with complete compliance to instructions, formats, and evaluation criteria.
  • Support bid strategy meetings by analyzing requirements, risks, and competitive positioning.

Business Development Support

  • Prepare company profiles, presentations, and capability statements for client engagements.
  • Assist BD team in pre-qualification documents and registration processes with government and private clients.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to strengthen proposals.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of bid processes and win strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in proposals, tenders, or contracts management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tender portals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working independently.
