_**Job Designation: Training and Placement Officer**_
- **1-2 years of Experience in HR Recruiter / HR Executive**_
- **Location Mumbai, Thane (Onsite)**_
- **Shift timing: 10:00am to 7:00pm**_
- **6 days working(Sunday off)**_
- **Salary : Upto 5 LPA**_

- To look after the training and placement activities of students
- To have close liaison with industry for the placement of students.
- To work in consultation with coordinator Industry -Institute interaction for organizing lectures from the professionals and industry.
- To collect feedback from the companies coming for placement
- Arrange training program for soft skills and for interview facing skills for the students using institutional and external expertise.
- To provide mock interviews to give students practice answering common questions and provide information about companies hiring in the area.
- To create strong relationships with employers, set up local partnerships with companies where students can do internships or visit for job shadowing.
- To use self-knowledge of job trends and the employer network to the institute for a successful event.
- To coordinate with employers, placement officers and run background checks on students who seek internships to verify students have the prerequisite education and meet all additional requirements for these companies’ positions.
- To organize the training workshops.
- Conducting effective Career counselling to help students plan a career path and ask questions about students goals and interests and lead them to resources that help them achieve those goals
- **Qualities**:_
- Training and Placement Officer (TPO) need a passion for helping students succeed professionally and strong networking skills to coordinate with potential employers.
- In addition to a bachelor’s degree and around 3 years of experience in recruiting or career development
- Interpersonal skills placement officer needs set of strong interpersonal skills to network with employers and coach students who have diverse needs
- Communication skills effectively helping students with their careers requires asking specific questions and listening carefully to get useful insight on what jobs best fit them. Coordinating with employers and university departments also requires communicating clearly
- Analytical thinking strong analytical skills help placement officers gather job information from their research, screen students for suitable positions, and offer career development advice

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
