The candidate should have.

Role & responsibilities for Training and Placement Officer:

  • Convert top companies with high salaries for placements
  • Take accountability of 100 percent placements
  • Arrange various activities of Internships & Placements, various on / off campus, virtual placement and internship drives of SSPU students
  • Continual communication and updates regarding internship / placements with students and faculty members, school heads, arrange Pre-placement training
  • Continual communication with present and prospect recruiters and corporate partners to build relationship
  • Coordinate for Job events, corporate meetings, HR events etc. which will boost placement activities. Achieve 100 percent internships and placements
  • Continuously motivate students to nominate themselves for various companies opened for campus drives., Counselling students and parents regarding placement queries
  • Maintain and update student and company database related to placements and also update social media / website with placed student details
  • Maintain and update hard copy records of Student Internships, offer letters, company letters, company feedback forms etc., all data for NIRF, NAAC, other accreditations
  • Any other work assigned by Director Placements related to building brand SSPU and placements
