Job Overview:

We are seeking a
Placement Officer

with
experience in campus placements

to lead AI-driven recruitment efforts for students and fresh graduates. The role involves coordinating with universities, training students for job opportunities in the
AI and tech industry

, and building strong relationships with hiring partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Campus placement coordinator

  • Develop and execute
    campus recruitment strategies

for AI and tech roles.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with
universities, colleges, and training institutes

.
- Organize
on-campus and virtual placement drives, hackathons, and job fairs

.
- Collaborate with academic institutions to integrate
AI-focused career programs

.

AI Driven placements

  • Utilize AI-powered tools and
    resume screening algorithms

to match candidates with job opportunities.
- Analyze student profiles and recommend
skill enhancement programs

for better job placements.
- Stay updated on
AI-based recruitment trends

and implement automation tools in the hiring process.

Employer and Industry Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong
    corporate partnerships

with AI-driven companies, startups, and enterprises.
- Onboard
hiring partners onto the AI placement platform

and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand
emerging skill requirements

in AI/ML fields.

Students Training and Career Readiness:

  • Conduct
    AI-assisted career counseling

, resume-building workshops, and interview preparation sessions.
- Organize
mock interviews, technical assessments, and soft skills training

for students.
- Provide guidance on
job market trends, salary expectations, and career growth in AI/ML

.

Data Driven Placement Insights:

  • Track and manage
    real-time placement metrics

, hiring success rates, and student engagement.
- Use
AI-driven analytics to improve job matching accuracy and placement efficiency

.
- Prepare
placement reports

for universities and internal stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree

in HR, Business, Computer Science, or related fields.

2-4 years of experience in campus placement coordination, recruitment, or HR tech.

Strong
network with universities, AI/ML companies, and hiring managers

.

Knowledge of
AI recruitment tools (ATS, chatbots, resume parsers, etc.)

.

Excellent
communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

.

Experience with
HR analytics, CRM tools, and placement tracking systems

.
