**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow up with interested prospects and move them through the sales funnel.
- Understand client needs and present appropriate MGrow solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance lead quality and conversion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven with a desire to learn and succeed in sales.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent.

**Salary & Incentives**:

- Initial 6 months: ₹13,000 per month + incentives based on performance.
- After 6 months: ₹35,000 per month + incentives.
