- About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive with strong communication skills and proven experience in international B2B lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospects using social media platforms and lead-enrichment tools. This role requires excellent spoken and written English, as well as confidence in engaging with decision-makers across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and identify potential prospects (CXOs, Directors, Decision-makers) across international markets.
- Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting platforms.
- Use lead-enrichment tools such as Lusha, Cognism, RocketReach, , ZoomInfo, Lead411, Clearbit (experience with at least one is mandatory).
- Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to build a qualified sales pipeline.
- Schedule appointments/meetings with sales managers or business heads.
- Maintain accurate lead data and activity reports in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in International Inside Sales / Lead Generation.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with clear pronunciation.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and at least one lead-enrichment tool (Lusha, Cognism, , ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Strong ability to research companies and decision-makers on social platforms and databases.
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, IT services, or global markets preferred (domain flexibility is acceptable if skills match).
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Shift Timings
- Depending on target geography:
- US/Canada market – Night Shift (India time: ~6:30 PM – 3:30 AM).
- Europe/UK market – Mid/late afternoon to evening shift.
- APAC/Middle East – Day shift.
- Flexibility to work as per business requirement is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
