**Key Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end recruitment for **non-technical roles**, primarily in Inside Sales, Telesales, and Customer Support.
- Handle client coordination and manage hiring requirements efficiently.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and trackers; strong ability to handle recruitment data and MIS.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews; share timely feedback and ensure closure of open positions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience in a recruitment consultancy** or staffing agency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing skills using **social media platforms** like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Good client-handling and stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
