**Job Description: IT Talent Acquisition Executive (2-4 Years Experience)**
**Location**: Bangalore, India (Work from Office)
**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Talent Sourcing**:
- Utilize job portals, social media, professional networks, and other platforms to identify and attract qualified IT professionals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
- **Screening and Shortlisting**:
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with job requirements.
- Review resumes, portfolios, and technical certifications to assess qualifications.
- **Interview Coordination**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule and conduct technical and HR interviews.
- **Recruitment Strategy Development**:
- Partner with stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Design and implement innovative strategies to attract top IT talent in a competitive market.
- **Onboarding**:
- Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Provide new employees with all necessary resources and information to succeed in their roles.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide weekly/monthly hiring status reports.
- Analyze trends to improve sourcing, screening, and hiring strategies.
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- **Experience**: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- **Technical Acumen**: Familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and industry trends (e.g., software developers, cloud engineers, QA testers, etc.).
- **Sourcing Tools**: Proficiency in job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster), LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and social media hiring.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- **Problem-Solving**: Capability to resolve recruitment challenges and improve processes.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment are a plus.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
