Requirements
- Proven experience in a pastry kitchen.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification in pastry (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail.Effective communication.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player attitude with a willingness to collaborate and assist others.
The Responsibilities include
- Assist in the creation and execution of pastry menus and recipes.
- Prepare and decorate a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods (French based pastry experiences preferable).
- Ensure consistency and quality in all pastry items produced.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Train and supervise junior pastry staff members in the absence of the head chef.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- updated on industry trends and techniques.
- Assist in special events and projects as required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
