**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to identify and fulfill staffing needs for non-technical roles.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
- Prepare job descriptions and postings for various non-technical roles.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source of hire.
- Collaborate with HR and management on recruitment strategies and workforce planning.
- Stay up-to-date with hiring trends, best practices, and legal considerations in recruitment.
- Participate in job fairs and other networking events to attract talent.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in recruiting for non-IT roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, platforms, and processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions at once with a high degree of efficiency.
- Strong interviewing skills and knowledge of assessment techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR software.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in recruiting for various industries such as manufacturing, retail, healthcare, or finance.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus
