Responsible for handling IT requirements from Fortune 500 companies 2. Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed 3. Sourcing from Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), 4. Making job postings on the Job Portal 5. Responsible for the Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets 6. Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status. **Requirements**: 1. Excellent communication Skills are a must. **2. 5 Months of experience in IT Recruitmen**t is preferred. 3. Any Graduates (preferably B.Tech or tech background) 4. Team player with good time-management skills. 5. Aptitude to recruit for a broad and deep range of positions. 6. Must have handled the end-to-end recruitment process in full 7.
