Job Title: IT Recruiter (1 Year Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

- Interview Coordination & Support:

- Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.

Gather insights on open roles and participate in recruitment strategy meetings.
- Administrative Support:
Assist in drafting job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment materials as needed.

Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for team meetings.

Represent the company at recruitment events and job fairs when needed.
- Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

Approximately 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or technical recruitment.

Basic understanding of IT roles, terminology, and industry trends.

Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment is a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.

Interest in learning and developing expertise in IT recruitment.

Pay: ₹10,958.30 - ₹16,012.22 per month
