We are seeking responsible, customer-focused, and energetic individuals to join our team as Forecourt Sales Associates. As the face of our fuel station, you will play a crucial role in delivering prompt and courteous service to customers, ensuring fuel is dispensed safely and accurately, and promoting station sales and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers politely and assist with fueling their vehicles (Petrol/Diesel/CNG/Electric, as applicable)
- Operate fuel dispensing units and ensure accurate measurement and billing
- Promote sales of lubricants, additives, and other forecourt offerings
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times while handling fuel
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the forecourt area
- Report any equipment malfunction or suspicious activity to the supervisor
- Handle basic customer queries or escalate issues to appropriate authority
- Collect payments where applicable (cash/card/digital) and issue receipts
- Comply with daily shift opening and closing procedures and records
- Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
