**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Convincing prospective international/ Domestic clients for Dubai’s Projects that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirement.
- Arranging face to face meeting/ VCs with prospective clients for properties in Dubai.
- Doing face to face meeting with domestic client for Dubai’s Properties.
- Maintaining good Rapport with Dubai based developers’ relationship’s managers.
- Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database.
- Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients, sending out details of new properties on the market to people in your database, working actively on the scheduled appointments.
- Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms for Dubai Market
- Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Maintain and update listings of available properties in Dubai Market
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate Dubai markets and best practices
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Must be a good Team Player
- Decision Maker
- Must be a Good Communicator

**Must Have**:

- Preferred experience in real estate
- Excellent communication skills
