Our services include flight bookings, holiday packages, travel insurance, hotel reservations, passport assistance, camping, 5-star hotel memberships, visa assistance, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).
**Position**: Operations Executive
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years in a relevant role
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Air Ticketing: Manage and coordinate flight bookings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Hotel Reservations: Handle hotel bookings and ensure customers receive the best accommodations at competitive prices.
- Holiday Packages: Design and customize holiday packages based on client preferences and budgets.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals for flights, hotels, and holiday packages.
- System Knowledge: Utilize Galileo or Amadeus for managing bookings and reservations efficiently.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in air ticketing, hotel reservations, holiday packages, visa, and passport assistance.
- Proficiency in using Galileo or Amadeus is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals with suppliers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Skills**:
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
