**Job Summary**:The Operations Executive - Travel is responsible for overseeing daily operations related to travel management, including reservations, ticketing, customer support, budget management, and coordination with suppliers. This role requires attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple aspects of travel services while ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Daily Operations Management**: Organize and manage daily operations such as reservations, ticketing, and travel coordination. Ensure smooth functioning of travel services by monitoring daily workflows.

2. **Customer Support**: Provide prompt and efficient customer support for travel-related queries. Address customer complaints and resolve issues related to bookings, cancellations, and other travel arrangements.

3. **Budget Management**: Manage and oversee travel budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and aligned with company objectives. Review travel expenses and reconcile financial records with budgets.

4. **Supplier Negotiations**: Negotiate with suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and other service providers, to secure better rates and terms. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers for ongoing travel service improvements.

5. **Data Interpretation & Reporting**: Analyze and interpret travel data, including pricing and costs, to improve operational efficiency. Prepare and maintain statistical and financial records for reporting purposes.

6. **Travel Agency Management**: Oversee the ongoing relationship with travel agencies, ensuring they meet service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with the company’s travel policies and procedures.

7. **Pricing & Calculations**: Review and understand travel pricing structures to offer the best travel packages to clients. Calculate travel expenses and provide cost-saving recommendations.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Travel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in travel operations or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel for financial and statistical record-keeping.
- Ability to interpret data and understand pricing models.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of the travel industry and supplier relations.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working with travel agencies and managing corporate travel programs.
- Familiarity with travel booking software and tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
