**Job Title**: Back-End Sales Support

**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Experience**: 1-3 years (preferred)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, procurement) to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- **Technical Assistance**:

- Provide technical support to customers by understanding their requirements and suggesting appropriate solutions.
- Interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and standards to aid the sales process.
- Work closely with the engineering team to address technical queries.
- **Order Processing**:

- Handle order confirmations, invoicing, and follow-ups with customers.
- Track sales orders and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Coordinate with logistics for dispatch and delivery tracking.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Address after-sales queries and provide necessary support.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare periodic sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts.
- Ensure proper documentation of contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and technical demonstrations.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or ITI certification in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support, back-office operations, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical products and industrial equipment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in B2B sales support within the trading or industrial sector.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management tools.
- Knowledge of technical standards and mechanical design concepts.
