**About Role**:
We’re looking for a dynamic and well-organized Backend Sales Executive to support our international sales operations. This is a non-target, coordination-driven role focused on lead generation, client communication, proposal management, and sales follow-up. You’ll act as the bridge between customers and the Sales Manager, ensuring smooth communication, timely responses, and excellent customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with Sales Managers to manage client interactions, meetings, and proposals.
- Prepare sales quotations, product information, and follow-up communication.
- Liaise with IT Heads, Procurement Managers, and Senior Decision Makers at client organizations.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, lead databases, and sales trackers.
- Support in preparing presentations, reports, and sales documentation.
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers, internal teams, and management.
- Participate in online meetings, follow up on pending quotations, and assist in closing communication loops.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2-5-year experience in inside sales, backend sales, or sales coordination.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to interact confidently with senior executives.
- Graduate in Business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred but not essential.
