
Customer Service Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Proactively reach out to customers to maintain communication, address concerns, and anticipate needs.
- **Product Knowledge**:
Develop a thorough understanding of semiconductor products and services, enabling the CSR to effectively answer technical inquiries, offer guidance, and provide high-level support.
- **Quote Generation**:
Prepare and send accurate and timely quotes to customers, ensuring they align with the customer’s requirements. Follow up with clients to close sales and ensure conversion.
- **Order Processing**:
Manage the entire order process, from order initiation to fulfillment. Track shipments, resolve issues, and ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
- **Market Research**:
Stay informed about the latest trends in the semiconductor market, competitor activities, and new product developments. Use insights to identify potential growth opportunities for both existing and new customers.
- **Collaboration**:
Work closely with the external sales team, marketing, billing, and supply chain departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve sales targets. Support collaborative efforts in problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inquiries in CRM systems. Provide regular updates on sales performance, customer feedback, and any opportunities or challenges encountered.
- **Problem Resolution**:
Address and resolve customer issues or complaints, escalating complex matters when necessary, and ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- **Follow-up**:
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback, ensuring long-term business relationships.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in a technical or semiconductor industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Strong technical understanding of semiconductor products and services or the ability to quickly learn complex product details
- Ability to prepare and manage quotes, orders, and customer follow-ups in a timely manner
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales activities, and generate reports
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different departments
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
