Information & Support: Provide accurate information about products and services, explain features, and offer solutions to customer queries and complaints.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, and escalate urgent or complex cases to the appropriate departments or senior management.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and complete records of all customer interactions and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Sales & Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell products or services and inform customers about new promotions.
- Customer Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure issues have been resolved and that customers are satisfied.
- Required Skills & Attributes Communication: Excellent active listening, verbal, and written communication skills to interact professionally and empathetically with customers.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to use various software and systems, especially CRM software, to manage customer data and interactions.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Customer-Centricity: A positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Professionalism: Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor, especially when dealing with complaints or difficult customers.
- Adaptability: Ability to follow communication scripts while also adapting to different customer needs.

Pay: ₹9,330.93 - ₹32,489.57 per month
