**Job Description**:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets for our FMCG and Mineral Water products in the Uttarakhand region. This is a field-based role that requires proactive engagement with retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders to increase product visibility and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in Uttarakhand.
- Identify and approach potential distributors and retailers to onboard new accounts and expand the distribution network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activity, market trends, and consumer preferences, providing feedback to the management team.
- Implement promotional activities and campaigns to drive product awareness and increase sales volume.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and territory performance analysis.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients and manage accounts receivable effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral and sales support materials tailored to the regional market.
- Stay updated with industry developments, product knowledge, and market trends to enhance sales effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or Mineral Water industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is required, knowledge of the local language would be an added advantage.
