We are looking for a qualified Customer Care Executive to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible agents. To this end, the Customer Care Executive will be required to obtain lists of individuals' information and to source data for additional members of the target audience. You should also jot down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff.

To be successful as a Customer Care Executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance. An outstanding Back office Executive should possess a proven track record of successful management skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
- Calling Active Agents.
- Greet agents warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tool
- Keep records of agents and file documents.
- Conversation with customers through the mail.
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Noting important details of each conversation.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate
- Prior job experience required.
- Computer literate.
- Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.
- Superb verbal communication in Hindi,English
- Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
