I. OBJECTIVES OF THE FUNCTION

The function holder is within the Engineering organization in Pune (India) responsible for assisting various activities in customer relation / sales function such as Quotation / Invoice preparation in SAP. Customer relation database maintenance.

**II. TASK DESCRIPTION**:

**_TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES / WAY OF REPORTING

**1. SAP activity**:

- Prepare Quotation in SAP after confirmation by Customer relation manger
- Prepare invoice in SAP in coordination with assembly / project coordinator
- Release SAP nos. for equipment
- Carry out SD activity for equipment sales
- Project report generation from SAP

**2. Database maintenance**:

- Maintain data base for quotations and invoices and update time to time
- Prepare summary report as per requirement
- Assist in forecast and budget planning preparation
- Report preparation for all project for cost and time line

**3. Reporting**:

- Assist KAM for various reports generation and analysis
- Such as enquiry tracking, sales plan and so on
- Assist KAM for maintaining the dashboard for Key account function.
- Follow up cross functions in BENI for quotation preparation and also to customers for open quotations.
- Update management with various reports related to Sales function
