**Job Title : Pre-Sales & BDE**

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Proactively identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, online research, and other lead generation strategies.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
- **Pre-Sales Activities**: Conduct product demonstrations, prepare technical proposals, and deliver presentations showcasing our IT solutions and software offerings.
- **Tender Management (Private)**: Manage the complete lifecycle of private IT tenders, from identifying opportunities to submitting winning bids.
- **Vendor Management**: Liaise with vendors to obtain necessary information and ensure competitive pricing for tender submissions.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- **Meeting & Presentations**: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients, delivering effective presentations and addressing their technical and business requirements.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitable and sustainable business growth.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new business opportunities.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular sales reports, including lead generation, sales pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts.

**Qualifications**:

- Engineering degree (preferably in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics & Communication).
- 3-5 years of experience in IT pre-sales, business development, or a related role.
- Proven track record of successful cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Experience managing private IT tenders and vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and with a hunter mentality.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Certifications related to IT or sales.
