This role is essential in guiding field engineers through the resolution of open issues and providing them with necessary training. The Service Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our advanced transport telematics systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guide and support field engineers in resolving open issues related to our products and systems.
- Provide comprehensive training to field engineers on major communication protocols and the functioning of Intelligent Transport Monitoring Solutions (ITMS).
- Monitor and ensure the effective implementation of training programs and procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between the technical team and field engineers, ensuring clear communication and efficient problem resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of major communication protocols and ITMS.
- Proficiency in **English and Hindi** is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Previous experience in a **call center** or customer support role is preferred.
