**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-sales.
- Onboard new customers, ensuring they are set up for success with our products.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement customer success plans to help clients achieve their business goals.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or risks that may affect customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to provide customer feedback and suggest product enhancements.
- Educate customers on new features, best practices, and industry trends.
- Monitor customer health metrics and develop strategies to improve retention and reduce churn.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight).
