- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and desired qualifications.
- **Sourcing and Recruitment**:

- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Partner with department heads to understand staffing requirements and priorities.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarking, and best practices in recruitment.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of recruitment tools and technologies, including ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
