**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**: Assist in preparing ingredients for tandoor dishes, such as marinating meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables.
- **Tandoor Cooking**: Cook tandoor-based dishes like tandoori meats, naan, and other breads under the supervision of senior chefs.
- **Tandoor Maintenance**: Assist in maintaining and cleaning the tandoor oven to ensure efficient cooking.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure the consistent quality and taste of tandoor dishes, including monitoring cooking times and temperatures.
- **Plating**: Assist in plating and garnishing tandoor dishes according to restaurant standards.
- **Safety & Hygiene**: Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring cleanliness around the tandoor area.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in tracking ingredients and supplies used for tandoor cooking, ensuring proper stock levels.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
- **Learning & Growth**: Continuously improve cooking skills under the guidance of senior chefs.

**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1 - 3 years of experience in tandoor cooking, preferably in a similar role.
- **Skills**: Knowledge of tandoor techniques, including cooking with a tandoor oven, marination, and bread preparation.
- **Personality**: Attention to detail, a passion for food, and the ability to work efficiently in a team.
- **Education**: Culinary training or relevant experience in tandoor cuisine is preferred.
