  • Marination: Prepare and marinate meats, seafood, and vegetables for cooking in the tandoor oven.
  • Tandoor Operation: Assist in operating and maintaining the tandoor oven, ensuring it is in good working condition.
  • Cooking Support: Help the tandoor chef cook dishes in the tandoor oven, monitoring temperatures and cooking times.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized tandoor station, properly washing and drying all dishes, utensils, and cooking instruments.
  • Food Safety: Store ingredients and food items according to food safety and health standards.
