**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of tandoor dishes, including bread, meat, and vegetable dishes
- Monitor and adjust the temperature of the tandoor oven as needed
- Clean and maintain the tandoor oven and surrounding work area
- Ensure that all food items are cooked to the appropriate temperature and are of high quality
- Collaborate with other members of the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Tandoor Commi 2/3
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of tandoor cooking techniques and recipes
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
