**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced lead for support Role in our company. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of support operations.
The goal will be to ensure the customer happiness index to remain at the highest.
**Customer Service Lead Duties and Responsibilities**
1. Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives
2. Monitor customer service representative performance and provide feedback
3. Develop customer service policies and procedures
4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and comments
5. Ensure customers' issues are resolved in a timely manner
6. Monitor customer satisfaction levels
7. Develop customer service initiatives to improve customer satisfaction
8. Provide customer service training to new and existing employees
9. Should have strong knowledge and experience in Stock Market domain
10. Should be well versed in Share Market domain.
**Skills and Qualifications**
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
2. Self-contribution and leading by example required
3. 2 years of Support Lead experience
4. Proven experience in Stock market domain
5. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
6. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
7. Experience in servicing financial market customers preferred
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
**Experience**: 1 to 2 years
**Job Location**: Andheri East, Mumbai
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
